Each item is delivered timely and tracked by FedEX or the USPO to ensure the stated or implied arrival time for ‘next-day’. This includes, but is not restricted to three business days. Items shipped are of a sensitive nature and should be treated as such with due diligence being given by the intended recipient or there affiliates. To prevent an unsatisfactory product delivery, recipient, customer or affiliates will exercise every option to receive merchandise at there ordering location on time as defined by ‘next-day’ deliverable and herein. RONOS bears no liability after product delivery specifications are satisfied by contracted delivery/mailing service or after sale. Our products have been taken through numerous conditional timed tests and have been verified as ‘safe to ship’ under shipping guidelines by FedEX and the USPO. Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis and the claimant will bear the burden of proof regarding dissatisfaction of a delivered item. RONOS shall conduct its own follow-up investigation involving the dissatisfaction of the claimants’ item and a determination will be reached upon conclusion. Should the claimants’ accusation be found veritable, a full refund of only the purchased item amount shall be granted before 30-days. RONOS reserves the right to change its policies at anytime at there discretion and will include those changes herein. RONOS is a limited liability company.
