famous New Orleans winery & restaurant in the early 80’s, Ron developed his
passion for cooking. While working six days a week, this schedule helped him
earn valuable experience in the hospitality and food service industries.Home trained with roots in Laplace,
Louisiana, and a passion to self indulge; the knowledge of cooking comes with a
natural spirit to please. Combining Creole and Chinese influences; there is a
hearty balance of southern ingredients with a healthy blend of oriental styles
and techniques. His mother Leah, Grandmothers Olivia and Mildred and Chef
George Penopolus, an early employer and mentor, instilled the characteristic of
having a desire to please others through food.With RONOS LLC, service is a methodology to
